- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (Freshly Grated) (Can substitute with pecorino Romano.)
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice (Fresh lemon juice is best; bottled can be used.)
Instructions
- Generously season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Dust them with flour, shaking off the excess.
- Heat olive oil in your skillet or pressure cooker over medium-high heat. Sear the pork chops for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the pork chops and set aside. Pour in the chicken broth to deglaze the skillet, scraping up browned bits.
- Stir in the heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, honey, and any remaining ingredients for the sauce until well combined.
- Place the pork chops back into the pot and coat them with the creamy sauce. Secure the lid and cook on high for 8-10 minutes.
- Quickly release the pressure when done. Serve with the luscious sauce poured over the chops.
