Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef chuck roast, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup soy sauce

- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 8 cups water
- 1 pound ramen noodles

- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup chopped bok choy
- 4 large eggs, soft-boiled and halved
- 4 green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions
- Place beef cubes in your slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Pour over the beef.
