Description
Easy Sheet Pan Quesadillas with Ground Beef are the perfect dinner or party appetizer that everyone will love.
Ingredients

- 8 large flour tortillas
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 15 oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 3 cups shredded Mexican cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- In a large skillet brown ground beef and onion until beef is cooked through.
- Add minced garlic and cook for one minute. Drain any excess grease from pan.
- Add taco seasoning, black beans, and salsa to skillet and mix well to combine. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Spray a large sheet pan with nonstick cooking spray. Line the sheet pan with 7 tortillas making sure tortillas are hanging halfway off the pan.
- Spread ground beef mixture evenly over tortillas making sure it goes all the way to the edges, then sprinkle with cheese.
- Place another tortilla in the center of the pan, on top of the meat and cheese. Fold each tortilla into the center.
- Spray top of tortillas with nonstick cooking spray and place a second sheet pan on top of quesadillas to hold them in place while baking.
- Place in a preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove top sheet pan and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
- Slice into individual servings and serve with a side of salsa and sour cream. Enjoy!
