Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 pound pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
  • ½ cup sliced green onions (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cooking spray (for greasing the pan)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Cook them in a skillet over medium heat for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. Once cooled, shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces and mix it with the Buffalo sauce in a bowl. Set aside.
  4. Grease a large sheet pan with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  5. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to fit the size of the sheet pan. Transfer the dough to the greased pan, pressing it out to the edges.
