- 36 chocolate sandwich cookies (about 3 cups crushed, 360g)
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (85g)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened (225g)
- 1 cup powdered sugar (120g)
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
- 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk (720ml)
- Green food coloring
- 1/2 teaspoon mint extract (optional)
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping
- Green sprinkles or chocolate shavings
Instructions
- Crush chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press firmly into a 9×13-inch baking dish and refrigerate 15–20 minutes to set.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and mix until creamy. Fold in whipped topping and spread evenly over chilled crust.
- Whisk pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes until thickened. Add green food coloring gradually and stir in mint extract if using. Spread evenly over cream cheese layer.
- Spread remaining whipped topping evenly over the pudding layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
- Sprinkle with green sprinkles or chocolate shavings before serving. Slice into squares and enjoy.
