Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp (cooked, deveined, and thawed)
  • 1/2 small red onion (diced small)
  • 2 stalks celery (diced)
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh dill (or 1/2 teaspoon dry dill)
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • to taste black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine the shrimp, red onion, and celery in a large bowl. Gently mix the ingredients together using a spatula.
  2. Whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay Seasoning, fresh dill, and half the salt in a small bowl.
  3. Stir the dressing into the shrimp mixture. Gently fold it in to coat every piece evenly.
  4. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for a chilled delight.
