Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp (cooked, deveined, and thawed)
- 1/2 small red onion (diced small)
- 2 stalks celery (diced)
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh dill (or 1/2 teaspoon dry dill)
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- to taste black pepper
Instructions
- Combine the shrimp, red onion, and celery in a large bowl. Gently mix the ingredients together using a spatula.
- Whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay Seasoning, fresh dill, and half the salt in a small bowl.
- Stir the dressing into the shrimp mixture. Gently fold it in to coat every piece evenly.
- Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for a chilled delight.
