Instructions

- Use a cookie scoop to portion out the cheesecake mixture, rolling each portion into 1-inch balls, and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
- Freeze the cheesecake balls for 30 to 45 minutes.
- In a shallow bowl, combine crushed pretzels and rolled oats.
- Once cheesecake balls are firm, dip each into the caramel sauce, ensuring they are fully coated.
