- 1 large bunch curly kale
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash the kale thoroughly and dry it very well with a clean towel or salad spinner.
- Remove the thick stems and tear the kale into bite-sized pieces.
- Place the kale in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil and white vinegar.
- Sprinkle in the salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Gently massage the seasoning into the kale until all the leaves are lightly coated.
- Spread the kale in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet without overcrowding.
- Bake for 12 to 18 minutes, watching closely near the end, until the edges are crisp.
- Let the kale chips cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before serving.
