  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash the kale thoroughly and dry it very well with a clean towel or salad spinner.
  3. Remove the thick stems and tear the kale into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Place the kale in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil and white vinegar.
  5. Sprinkle in the salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  6. Gently massage the seasoning into the kale until all the leaves are lightly coated.
