- 1 cup apple cider
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening sauce)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken pieces dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, toss the chicken with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish.
- Chop the fresh rosemary and sprinkle it over the chicken.
- Pour the apple cider and chicken broth around the chicken.
