Ingredients

- 8 rice papers (8 inches)
- Cooking spray
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F. Soak one rice paper wrapper in water for 10 to 15 seconds until pliable. Let excess water drip off.
- Place one softened rice paper on a clean surface. Soak a second piece and stack it on the first. Cut into 2-inch squares using a pizza cutter.
- Arrange rice paper pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with cooking spray. Cook for five to seven minutes until browned and crispy.
- In a small bowl, mix salt, garlic powder, paprika, and pepper. Toss warm chips with seasoning immediately after cooking.
Notes
- Soak rice papers in pairs for easier handling.
- Check chips at five minutes; remove crispy ones promptly.
