Description

This Strawberry Matcha Latte is a refreshing drink that combines sweet strawberry puree with earthy matcha and creamy milk.


Ingredients

  • 150g fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 12 tablespoons maple syrup or sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon high-quality matcha powder
  • 60ml hot water (about 80°C, not boiling)
  • 200ml milk (dairy, almond, oat, or coconut)
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Blend strawberries, sweetener, and water until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Sift matcha powder into a bowl, add hot water, and whisk until smooth and slightly frothy.
  3. Pour the strawberry mixture into the bottom of a glass.
  4. Fill the glass with ice, then slowly pour in the milk.
  5. Gently pour the matcha on top to form a layered effect.
  6. Stir before drinking if desired and enjoy immediately.
