- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 tsp vanilla

- 1 tbsp red gel coloring
- Powdered sugar (for rolling)
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla (for filling)
- 1 1/2 cups whipped cream
- Fresh strawberries
- Red velvet crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 10×15 pan with parchment. Beat eggs and sugar 5 mins until thick. Mix in oil, vanilla, vinegar, and coloring. Fold in dry ingredients.
- Spread in pan and bake 10–12 mins. Roll warm cake in a towel dusted with powdered sugar. Cool completely.
- Beat filling until smooth. Unroll cake, spread filling, re-roll tightly.
- Top with whipped cream, strawberries, and cake crumbs. Chill 1 hour before slicing.
