- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for rolling, optional)
- 1 Hershey’s Kiss per cookie (any flavor you prefer)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the red velvet cake mix into the wet ingredients.
- Stir the cake mix into the wet ingredients until a thick dough forms.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips into the dough.
- Roll the cookie dough balls in powdered sugar if desired. Scoop about 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of dough and roll into a ball.
- Place the dough balls about 2 inches apart on the baking sheets.
