- 1 cup Seedless Raspberry Preserves (Alternative: any fruit preserves or fresh fruit)
- 0.5 cup Pecans, chopped (Alternative: almonds or walnuts)
- 0.5 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
- 0.33 cup White Baking Chips (Alternative: more semisweet chips)
- 1 teaspoon Shortening (Optional for shiny finish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl until it resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan, making sure it’s compact.
- Sprinkle the sweetened coconut evenly over the crust.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the coconut layer.
- Drop spoonfuls of raspberry preserves evenly across the condensed milk layer.
- Sprinkle the chopped pecans and both types of chocolate chips on top.
- Dot the shortening over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
- Cool completely before cutting into bars.
