  • 0.5 cup Pecans, chopped (Alternative: almonds or walnuts)
  • 0.5 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
  • 0.33 cup White Baking Chips (Alternative: more semisweet chips)
  • 1 teaspoon Shortening (Optional for shiny finish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl until it resembles wet sand.
  3. Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan, making sure it’s compact.
  4. Sprinkle the sweetened coconut evenly over the crust.
  5. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the coconut layer.
