Instructions

  1. Brew chai tea according to package instructions, making it slightly stronger than usual.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the brewed chai, milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice.
  3. Heat the mixture gently over medium heat, whisking constantly until it’s warm and smooth; avoid boiling to prevent scalding or separation.
