- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (adjust to taste)
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Ground cinnamon (for garnish)
Instructions
- Brew chai tea according to package instructions, making it slightly stronger than usual.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the brewed chai, milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice.
- Heat the mixture gently over medium heat, whisking constantly until it’s warm and smooth; avoid boiling to prevent scalding or separation.
- If you want foam, use a milk frother, handheld frother, or an immersion blender for about 15–30 seconds.
- Pour into mugs, top with whipped cream if using, and finish with a light sprinkle of cinnamon.
- Serve warm and enjoy immediately.
