- 1 cup Shredded Cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/4 cup Flax Seeds (for fiber and extra protein)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Kodiak pancake mix, eggs, Fairlife milk, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Fold in the cooked Jimmy Dean maple sausage and shredded cheese until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into the muffin tins, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool for a few minutes, loosen the muffins from the edges, and transfer them to a wire rack.
