Refreshing Pomegranate Mocktail with Rosemary Twist
Ingredients

- 1 cup Cane Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 3 sprigs Fresh Rosemary
- 2 cups Pomegranate Juice
- 1 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup Rosemary Syrup
- 1 cup Ice
- 1 cup Seltzer
- 2 sprigs Fresh Rosemary
- Pomegranate Arils (optional)
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a medium saucepan, add the cane sugar, water, and fresh rosemary.
- Boil: Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sugar fully dissolves.
- Simmer: Lower the heat and let the syrup simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Cool: Remove the saucepan from heat and allow the syrup to cool for 5 minutes.
- Strain: Carefully remove the rosemary and transfer the syrup to a glass jar, allowing it to cool completely before sealing with a lid.
- Shake: In a cocktail shaker, combine the pomegranate juice, fresh lemon juice, rosemary syrup, and a handful of ice. Shake vigorously for about 5 seconds.
- Serve: Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice, then top it off with seltzer.
- Garnish: Finish off your Pomegranate Mocktail by garnishing with a sprig of fresh rosemary and a sprinkle of pomegranate arils.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute cane sugar with honey or agave.
- Try mint if you’re craving a fresh alternative to rosemary.
