Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, cream together softened unsalted butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
- Beat in one egg, then mix in the flour and baking powder until dough-like. Spread evenly in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until creamy (about 2-3 minutes). Gradually add the eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Fold in chopped pistachios. Pour the filling over the prepared crust evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes until golden brown on top but gooey in the center.
- Cool on a wire rack for 15-20 minutes before slicing.
