Pistachio-Crusted Deviled Eggs are a unique appetizer that features a creamy filling topped with a crunchy pistachio crust.

- 12 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup finely chopped roasted, salted pistachios
Instructions
- Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks, placing them in a medium bowl.
- Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper to the egg yolks. Mash and mix until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
- Sprinkle the finely chopped pistachios over the top of the filled egg whites, pressing gently to adhere.
- Refrigerate the Pistachio-Crusted Deviled Eggs until ready to serve.
