Description

Pistachio-Crusted Deviled Eggs are a unique appetizer that features a creamy filling topped with a crunchy pistachio crust.


Ingredients

  • 12 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped roasted, salted pistachios

Instructions

  1. Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks, placing them in a medium bowl.
  2. Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper to the egg yolks. Mash and mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
  4. Sprinkle the finely chopped pistachios over the top of the filled egg whites, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Refrigerate the Pistachio-Crusted Deviled Eggs until ready to serve.
