  • 1 cup Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 cup Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange the chicken wings on the baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 25 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper.
  4. After 25 minutes, flip each wing and coat with the marinade. Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  5. Switch to broil for the last 2-3 minutes until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven, let them rest, and serve garnished with sesame seeds and cilantro.
