- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup diced fresh pineapple

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg and then stir in the milk.
- Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture and stir just until combined (do not overmix).
- Fold in the diced pineapple.
- Heat 1-2 inches of vegetable oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
