- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add elbow macaroni and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced onion and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook for 5–6 minutes until softened. Stir in garlic and cook 1 minute more.
- Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 3–4 minutes to blend flavors.
- Stir in cream cheese until melted and incorporated into the sauce.
- Add cooked pasta and mix in provolone and mozzarella cheeses until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve hot.
