Pepper Jelly & Cream Cheese Bites are a quick, elegant, and irresistibly delicious appetizer perfect for parties or casual get-togethers.

- 1 (14-oz) package puff pastry, thawed
- 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, cold
- ½ cup pepper jelly (choose mild, medium, or hot)
- Cooking spray (for greasing muffin pans)
- Fresh thyme leaves (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat to 375°F (190°C) and grease two 24-cup mini muffin pans with cooking spray.
- Unfold puff pastry and cut into 24 squares. Press each into the prepared muffin cups.
- Bake for 12 minutes or until lightly golden and puffed. Remove from oven and cool slightly.
- Cut cream cheese into 24 small cubes. Press one cube into each pastry cup and top with 1 tsp pepper jelly.
- Return to oven for 8–10 minutes, until pastry is golden and cream cheese softens.
- Cool for 10 minutes, garnish with thyme if desired, and serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
- Can use any type of pepper jelly based on your heat preference.
- Garnish with fresh thyme for added flavor.
