- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- Mix the creamy peanut butter, Greek yogurt, brown sugar, rolled oats, eggs, baking soda, and coarse salt in a large bowl until well combined.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips gently into the cookie dough.
- Scoop the cookie dough onto your prepared baking sheet using an ice cream scoop, spacing them a couple of inches apart.
- Bake in your preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until the tops begin to crack slightly and turn golden.
