Ingredients

  • ½ cup honey or light maple syrup
  • 1½ cups powdered sugar, sifted
  • A small pinch of fine sea salt (optional)
  • Flaky sea salt, for topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the creamy peanut butter and honey together until silky smooth and glossy, about 2–3 minutes.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing slowly until a soft, creamy dough forms, about 3–4 minutes.
  3. Add a small pinch of fine sea salt, if using, and mix briefly for 30 seconds.
  4. Scoop small portions and gently roll between your palms to form smooth, round balls, about 5 minutes.
  5. Place the balls on a parchment-lined plate and lightly sprinkle with flaky sea salt, about 1 minute.
  6. Chill until set on the outside but still creamy inside, about 20–30 minutes.
