- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh sliced peaches
- 1 jalapeño, sliced (optional)
- Fresh cilantro to taste
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Place tortilla in the pan.
- Sprinkle half the cheese on one side.
- Layer chicken, BBQ sauce, peaches, jalapeño (if using), and cilantro on top.
- Add remaining cheese.
- Fold tortilla over filling and cook for 2–4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Slice and serve warm.
