Description
A refreshing and easy-to-make Peach Bellini cocktail made with ripe peaches blended into a smooth puree, combined with sparkling Prosecco to create a deliciously bubbly and fruity drink perfect for brunches and celebrations.

- 4 peaches (fresh or frozen, peeled or unpeeled)
- 1/4 cup sugar (optional, but recommended)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 bottle Prosecco or other sparkling wine
- Alternative for kids: 7-Up or sparkling water
Instructions
- Place the peaches, water, and sugar (if using) into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and well combined to form a fresh peach puree.
- Pour the peach puree into champagne flutes, filling each glass about one-third full.
- Top off each glass with chilled Prosecco or sparkling wine. For a non-alcoholic version, use 7-Up or fizzy water instead.
- Gently stir the mixture to combine and serve immediately to enjoy the fresh, bubbly flavor.
