Description
Delicious beach sandwiches made with hard salami, cheddar cheese, and fresh iceberg lettuce, perfect for sunny outings.
Ingredients

- 1 loaf of white bread
- 1/2 pound of hard salami, sliced thin
- 1/2 pound of cheddar cheese, sliced thin
- 2 to 3 tablespoons of mayo
- 8 iceberg lettuce leaves, washed
Instructions
- Cut the crust off each slice of white bread.
- Spread a thin layer of mayo on each slice.
- Add one slice of salami and one slice of cheddar cheese on each piece of bread and top it with a small piece of iceberg lettuce.
- Stack your sandwiches with two layers, then top with another slice of bread.
- Cut each sandwich into quarters and secure them with toothpicks.
- Pack the sandwiches in a large Tupperware, and you’re ready to hit the road!
