Juicy chicken breasts coated in crispy Parmesan and panko, then smothered in a rich, creamy garlic sauce.

- 4 chicken breasts (small to medium, or 2 large halved)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated, for coating)
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 3–4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream or light cream
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning or oregano
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated, for sauce)
- 1 cup spinach (chopped, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a shallow bowl, combine 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese and 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs. Dip each chicken breast into the mixture, pressing firmly for an even coating.
- Drizzle 2 tablespoons olive oil into the skillet. Place coated chicken breasts in the pan with space between them.
- Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes on the first side. Flip and cook another 5-7 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the cream while stirring, then add Italian seasoning or oregano. Stir in 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet with the sauce. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, spooning sauce over the chicken.
- If using spinach, stir it into the sauce and let it wilt for about 1 minute. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed. Serve hot.
