Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine rolled oats and almond milk. Mix well and let sit overnight in the refrigerator.
- In the morning, add almond butter, honey or maple syrup, baking powder, vanilla extract, salt, eggs, and cinnamon to the oat mixture.
- Preheat the waffle iron and lightly grease it.
- Pour the batter into the preheated waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer’s instructions, until golden brown.
- Serve warm with toppings of your choice.
