Description
Crispy, golden oven-fried feta rolls with a sweet and spicy chili honey glaze – the perfect appetizer or side dish.

- 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 8 sheets phyllo dough
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the crumbled feta cheese.
- Place one sheet of phyllo dough on a clean work surface and brush with olive oil. Top with another sheet of phyllo and brush with oil. Repeat with 6 more sheets of phyllo.
- Cut the layered phyllo sheets into 8 equal rectangles. Place a heaping tablespoon of feta in the center of each rectangle. Fold the phyllo over the filling to create a roll, then place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, chili powder, and red pepper flakes.
- Drizzle the chili honey glaze over the warm oven-fried feta rolls. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately, enjoy!
