Description
These crack chicken sliders are warm, creamy, and packed with cheesy ranch flavor in every bite.

- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 1 ounce ranch seasoning mix
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 cup green onion, sliced thin + extra for topping
- 2 1/2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
- 1/3 cup bacon bits (or bacon, cooked and crumbled)
- 2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 count Hawaiian rolls
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a medium saucepan over low to medium heat, add the cream cheese and warm it gently until softened and beginning to melt.
- Stir in the ranch seasoning, onion powder, pepper, and garlic powder, mixing until smooth and well combined.
- Transfer the cream cheese mixture to a large mixing bowl.
- Add the cooked chicken, bacon bits, and half of the shredded cheese, then fold everything together until evenly coated.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves into the prepared baking dish.
- Spread the crack chicken mixture evenly over the rolls.
- Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese over the top.
- Place the top halves of the rolls over the filling.
- Loosely cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the tops are lightly golden.
- While the sliders finish baking, melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl for about 30 seconds.
- Brush the melted butter over the tops of the rolls.
- Finish by sprinkling with Parmesan cheese and extra green onions before serving.
