Instructions

  1. Prepare the Oreo crust base by finely crushing about half of the Oreos (approx. 12 cookies) in a food processor or by placing them in a resealable bag and crushing them with a rolling pin. Set aside.
  2. Craft the creamy cheesecake filling by combining softened cream cheese, 1/4 cup powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract in a medium bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy. Fold in the finely crushed Oreos from Step 1 until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
  3. Assemble the Oreo cheesecake bites by separating the refrigerated biscuit dough. Flatten each biscuit slightly and place a heaping teaspoon of the cheesecake filling in the center. Carefully wrap the biscuit dough around the filling, pinching to seal completely.
  4. Coat the assembled bites by rolling each one in 1 cup of crushed Oreos, ensuring even coverage. Prepare your frying station by heating vegetable oil in a deep pot over medium heat to approximately 350°F (175°C).
