Description

Easy Oreo Cheesecake Cups are a no-bake dessert layering crushed Oreos with a creamy cheesecake filling. They are perfect for potlucks or quick treats.


Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip or whipped topping
  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2426 Oreo cookies (about 1 1/2 cups crushed)

Instructions

  1. Place cookies in a sealed plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin until finely ground.
  2. Spoon 1½–2 tablespoons of crushed Oreos into the bottom of each small dessert dish and press gently to form a thin crust.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar until smooth and lump-free.
  4. Mix in the vanilla extract until evenly combined.
  5. Gently fold the Cool Whip (and any remaining crushed Oreos) into the cream cheese mixture until just combined.
  6. Divide the filling among the dessert dishes, pressing it down slightly over the crust.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  8. Top with whipped cream and extra crushed Oreos just before serving.
