Description
Easy Oreo Cheesecake Cups are a no-bake dessert layering crushed Oreos with a creamy cheesecake filling. They are perfect for potlucks or quick treats.

- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip or whipped topping
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 24–26 Oreo cookies (about 1 1/2 cups crushed)
Instructions
- Place cookies in a sealed plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin until finely ground.
- Spoon 1½–2 tablespoons of crushed Oreos into the bottom of each small dessert dish and press gently to form a thin crust.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar until smooth and lump-free.
- Mix in the vanilla extract until evenly combined.
- Gently fold the Cool Whip (and any remaining crushed Oreos) into the cream cheese mixture until just combined.
- Divide the filling among the dessert dishes, pressing it down slightly over the crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Top with whipped cream and extra crushed Oreos just before serving.
