- 1 cup cooked beets, pureed
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine beets, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Spread the batter into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
