- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt (Adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper (Adjust to taste)
- 1.5 pounds Chicken Thighs (Boneless, skinless)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F for about 5 minutes.
- Mince the garlic and zest and juice the lemon into a mixing bowl.
- Combine olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, ras el hanout, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in the bowl and whisk together.
- Pat dry the chicken thighs and toss them into the marinade, letting them soak for 15 minutes.
- Arrange the marinated chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes, then carefully flip or shake the basket.
- Check the internal temperature after an additional 6-8 minutes; it should reach 165°F.
- Increase the temperature to 400°F and cook for 2-3 more minutes.
- Rest the chicken for 5 minutes before serving.
