Toast with Mortadella, Camembert & Jam for a luxurious breakfast.
Ingredients

- 4 slices Rye Bread (Dark)
- 2 teaspoons Butter
- 2 slices Mortadella
- 2 oz Camembert
- 4 teaspoons Blueberry Jam
Instructions
- Slice 4 pieces of bread, not too thick. Butter each slice on one side and place them buttered side up in a pan.
- Cook over medium heat until one side is browned, then flip. Add cheese to 2 slices and cook until the second side is browned.
- Transfer bread to a serving platter, spread blueberry jam on the cheese slices.
- Add slices of mortadella on the jam and top with another slice of bread.
- Serve warm with fragrant tea for a delightful breakfast.
