Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and generously grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened unsalted butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy, approximately 4-5 minutes.
- Add the large eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the whole milk, strawberry puree, vanilla extract, and optional strawberry extract until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk mixture, stirring gently to combine.

- Transfer the batter to the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean or with just a few moist crumbs attached.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for about 15 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack.
- Serve slices with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of fresh berries.
