- 6 large eggs
- 120 ml (½ cup) milk
- 100 g (1 cup) shredded cheese
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

- Mixed vegetables
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- Cut pie crust into small circles and press into muffin cups.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Place desired fillings into each crust.
- Pour egg mixture over fillings without overfilling.
- Bake until centers are set and tops are lightly golden.
- Let cool slightly before removing and serve warm or cold.
