These mini bacon ranch cheese balls are creamy, savory, and perfect for sharing.
Ingredients

- 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 1-ounce packet dry ranch seasoning and dressing mix
- 1 cup freshly grated cheddar cheese
- ½ cup crumbled real bacon bits or 8 bacon slices cooked and crumbled
- ¼ cup chives (thinly sliced)
- Pretzel sticks (for serving)
Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, ranch packet, and cheddar cheese until smooth and well combined.
- Add the crumbled bacon and chives to a shallow bowl or plate.
- Use a 1-inch cookie scoop to portion the cheese mixture, then roll each scoop in the bacon and chives until coated. Place the cheese balls on the prepared baking sheet and refrigerate for 10–20 minutes to firm up.
- Just before serving, insert a pretzel stick into the center of each cheese ball. Serve right away or keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
