- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons zaatar seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, zaatar seasoning, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken to the yogurt mixture and toss to coat evenly. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours).
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated chicken to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice the chicken and serve immediately, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
