Description

Ingredients

  • 1.5g matcha powder
  • 1/4 cup hot (not boiling) water
  • 2 oz vanilla vodka
  • 1 oz Irish cream
  • 2 oz prepared matcha

Instructions

  1. Boil water and add ¼ cup to 1.5g of matcha powder.
  2. Mix matcha with the hot water using a wooden whisk or milk frother.
  3. Set aside to cool slightly.
  4. In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz vanilla vodka, 1 oz Irish cream, and 1 ½ oz of matcha.
  5. Add ice and shake vigorously for 30-60 seconds.
  6. Strain into a martini glass.
  7. Garnish with more matcha powder or a dusting of cinnamon.
