Description
A simple cocktail that combines matcha with creamy Irish cream and vanilla vodka.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1.5g matcha powder
- 1/4 cup hot (not boiling) water
- 2 oz vanilla vodka
- 1 oz Irish cream
- 2 oz prepared matcha
Instructions
- Boil water and add ¼ cup to 1.5g of matcha powder.
- Mix matcha with the hot water using a wooden whisk or milk frother.
- Set aside to cool slightly.
- In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz vanilla vodka, 1 oz Irish cream, and 1 ½ oz of matcha.
- Add ice and shake vigorously for 30-60 seconds.
- Strain into a martini glass.
- Garnish with more matcha powder or a dusting of cinnamon.

- Use high-quality matcha for the best flavor.
- Adjust sweetness by varying the amount of Irish cream.
