- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and Italian seasoning until well blended.
- Lay out the pepperoni slices on a clean surface.
- Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture on each slice of pepperoni.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and chopped green onions on top of the cream cheese.
- Roll up each pepperoni slice tightly and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving.
