- ½ cup dry white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc)
- 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half for a lighter version)
- 1 cup canned diced tomatoes (or fresh tomatoes)

Instructions
- Gather and prep your ingredients: chop garlic and cut lobster meat into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté chopped garlic until fragrant and lightly golden.
- Deglaze the skillet with white wine and simmer until reduced by half.
