Lazy Beef and Broccoli is a delicious stir-fry that brings together tender beef flank steak and crisp broccoli florets in a savory sauce.

- 1 lb beef flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Slice the beef flank steak against the grain into thin strips. Chop broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and a splash of water to make the sauce.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté beef in batches until browned but not fully cooked (about 3 minutes).
- Add broccoli and prepared sauce to the skillet; stir well for about 2 minutes until broccoli is bright green.
- Cover with a lid and reduce heat to medium-low for 5 minutes to steam the broccoli until fork-tender.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles, drizzling additional sauce as desired.
