Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 (15 ounce) can beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add Kielbasa and cook until browned.
  3. Add onion and bell pepper, cook until softened.
  4. Stir in broccoli and carrots, cook for a few minutes.
  5. Add beans, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
