Description
A quick and easy one-pan Kielbasa and veggie skillet dinner.
Ingredients

- 1 pound Kielbasa, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 (15 ounce) can beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat.
- Add Kielbasa and cook until browned.
- Add onion and bell pepper, cook until softened.
- Stir in broccoli and carrots, cook for a few minutes.
- Add beans, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Serve hot.
