- 1/2 cup crushed gluten-free graham crackers
- 1/4 cup toasted coconut
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, key lime juice, protein powder, powdered swerve, vanilla extract, and lime zest until smooth and creamy.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat and spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the sheet to create a thin layer.
- Sprinkle crushed graham crackers, toasted coconut, and extra lime zest over the yogurt layer.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow it to set for at least 2-3 hours.
- Once frozen, remove from the freezer, lift the parchment or silicone mat, and break into desired pieces.
