- 1 pound Cajun-style sausage, sliced
- 1 head green cabbage, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the sliced sausage until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove sausage from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the chopped cabbage and sauté for 5-7 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Cajun seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using). Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
