- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cauliflower rice with olive oil, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Spread the cauliflower mixture in a baking dish.
