- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free sweetener
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- ¼ cup butter (softened)
- ¼ cup sugar-free brown sweetener
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sweetener
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Add almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, baking powder, and salt to a bowl.
- Stir in eggs, vanilla, and melted butter.
- Mix until a soft dough forms.
- Chill the dough for 10 minutes for easier rolling.
- Place dough between two sheets of parchment paper.
- Roll into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
- Mix softened butter, cinnamon, and sweetener.
- Spread evenly over the dough surface.
- Carefully roll the dough into a log using the parchment to guide you.
- Slice into 8–10 rolls using a sharp knife.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, until golden.
- Whisk cream cheese, heavy cream, sweetener, and vanilla.
- Drizzle over warm rolls and serve.
